This research paper aims to demonstrate that the claim for "feminist education" was installed due to the movements of feminist collectives, both in the contents of gender protocols and in the requirements recently introduced by Law No. 21.369. For this, the work begins with a synthesis of the political and social context of the so-called “Feminist May of 2018”, as a driving phenomenon of this regulation, as well as the review of its content. Later, the research seeks to build that feminist minimum to which the education given at the university level should tend, and in particular, the meaning and scope of the "gender perspective" within the curricular plans of said campuses. Finally, the work argues the overcoming of university autonomy as an obstacle to the introduction of gender protocols, especially with regard to its scope of application; and the compatibility of a curricular restructuring with a gender approach vis-a-vis academic freedom.
